As we continue to prepare for Walk Through Registration on Tuesday, August 18th, we wanted to send out some reminders so we can make the process on Tuesday as smooth as possible for everyone.
If you have not picked up your Emergency Contact Card at the office yet please stop by the school office on Monday to pick it up. Then review it, make changes and sign it in order to have it ready to submit on Tuesday.
Be sure to register online before attending Walk Through Registration. There will be computers available for those that do not have access to the internet at home and printers available to print your receipt for those that do not have access to a printer. The more people that register online, the shorter the lines will be.
If you did not yet receive your online registration card in the mail containing the website name and your child’s unique registration code please email our PTA President, Noreen Senner, at email@example.com. In the email state your child(ren)’s full name and grade they are entering and she will email a PDF of the registration information. There is a code for each child.
Please note the schedule as to what time we have ask you to come register. The schedule is based on the first letter of your child’s last name. Also, remember that lines always tend to be longer in the early morning hours.
3:30-5:00 S-Z plus open registration!
Please try to complete all the items listed above before coming on Tuesday and be sure to bring all required documents with you. Once your registration is completed you will receive your child’s teacher assignment. Thank you for helping us make this process as smooth as possible for everyone.
